Heston Russell speaks with Ben Fordham on 2GB 873 for a Q&A session on the release of the IGADF Inquiry Report into alleged war crimes in Afghanistan by Australian Special Forces personnel.
All Australians are now being exposed to snippets of information; then are being forced to develop opinions and have conversations without understanding the full context of the missions our Special Forces were required to complete during over a decade of counterinsurgency warfare.
Education and understanding are critical in order to help remove the uncertainty that has now been forced into Australian society and that is further degrading the mental health of our Veterans and the purpose they fought for.
